30 Year Re-Union Celebrations 10-13th June 2010

Go the Bulls.........(Balls and All!!)

Are you a past player or supporter of the Charters Towers Bulls Rugby Club?

You are invited to return to “The Towers” for the Bulls 30 Year Re-Union celebrations.  An action-packed weekend of Rugby and Off- field Frivolities has been planned by a hard working and committed committee.  We would love to see you return to help us celebrate 30 wonderful years of “true grass roots rugby”!

A quick snapshot of the 4-day celebrations:

1. Thursday 10th June - Bang Tail Muster (Meet & Greet)
2. Friday 11th June - Bulls Drive (Golf Game) and Bulls "Round-Up' Ball
3. Saturday 12th June - 'Running with the Bulls' Game Day - will incorporate the John Fry Memorial and Golden Oldies Game
4. Sunday 13th June - Bulls Brunch & Raffles at the Enterprise

We can send you a proforma to make it easy to put something together. All contributions will be acknowledged. It is important that we celebrate the contributions and involvement of all men and women who have been associated with Bulls Rugby.

•   Golden Oldies Registration Form - Captained by Tom Lawton and Peter Grigg (members of the 1984 Grand Slam Wallabies Team). You must be over 40 to be eligible to play.

•   Bulls Drive (Golf Game) Registration Form - James 'Duck' Doyle is looking for competition! Are you up to it?

Dear All

Charters Towers Rugby Union Football Club is a very proud grass roots club. To be commemorating 30 years of the 'game they play in heaven' is such a tremendous achievement.

We are calling all players and supporters - past and present - to attend this gala event. Relive the memories of games and events that make this club so special. A home game has been organised so come and get behind the 'Bulls'!

Join the celebration. Meet up with mates from the past - make some new ones!

I personally am looking forward to catching up with many of the people who have been associated with such a great and social club that has brought country rugby to the next level.
