The year 2000 was the Bullettes first year in rugby union. The year was very successful for the girls, who had a lot of fun on and off the field. 2001 and 2002 saw more women's rugby in Charters Towers, with home and away matches, and several tournaments in North Queensland. In 2003 we are joining with Brothers women's team to compete in the TDRU competition. We are always looking for new players, experienced or not, to pull on the Bullettes jumper, so come and join us in 2003.

We train with the men on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 pm, at the Dave Thomas Field.

Bullettes are included in the Townsville rep team vs Army in May. Our Townsville rep team (picked from clubs in the Townsville competition) won 15-14. (click on image for larger photo)
